She currently serves as Corporate Governance and Sustainability Manager, combining practical, hands-on experience with strong theoretical expertise in the field.
She was among the key experts who contributed to the preparation and development of Egypt's Corporate Governance Code in 2016, playing a pivotal role in advancing governance standards and best practices at the national level.
