Data We Collect
We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries and improve the site.
Name, email, organization, topic and message content that you submit so we can respond, together with our replies to you.
Standard server logs and minimal analytics (e.g., page views, browser type) to keep the site reliable.
When you apply for a role, we collect the details in your application, including your name, contact details, CV, motivation letter, supporting documents, LinkedIn profile and cover letter. We use this information only to manage the recruitment process, communicate with you about your application, and meet related record-keeping obligations.
Where Careers Data Is Stored
Application details are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and uploaded CVs and supporting documents are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. These files are not publicly accessible and can be viewed only by authorized SIHub hiring staff through our protected recruitment dashboard. We use Resend to send application confirmations and recruitment emails; Resend processes the recipient email address and message content needed to deliver those emails.
Where Contact Messages Are Stored
Messages sent through the contact form, replies you send to our emails, and our responses are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and can be viewed only by authorized SIHub staff through our protected admin dashboard. We use Resend to send the confirmation of your message and our replies, and to receive the replies you send back; Resend processes your email address and the message content needed to deliver and receive those emails. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than an automated program.

How Long We Keep Data
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the conversation. We retain careers application data only for as long as needed to complete recruitment, respond to a request from the applicant, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and maintenance.
Your Choices
- You can request to access or delete contact form messages we have received from you.
- Applicants can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their application data, subject to applicable legal obligations.
- You can choose not to submit personal data via the contact form.
